Panoramic views and beautiful sunsets from the lanai await you at this completely remodeled, fully air conditioned condo at Royal Kahana. The remodel included new window treatments, new appliances, new solid wood dark cherry cabinetry, and a tiled, walk-in shower, all new furnishings throughout including king-sized bed and a queen sofa with a 5-inch thick mattress offering the comfort of a conventional bed. Italian tile and carpet compliment the granite counter tops throughout. Flat screen 55-inch HDTV is located in the living room and a 40-inch TV is in the bedroom. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Complimentary unlimited local phone calls and complimentary WIFI and Cable HDTV with premium channels are included. We have no hidden resort fees! Parking is $18.00 per night, payable at check in. We offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner poolside everyday. Stores and other restaurants are within easy walking distance or you can venture 4 miles south to Kaanapali and Whaler’s Village. Your swimming pool is heated and there are 5 BBQ grills located poolside. This condo is an excellent choice for anyone who is seeking luxury oceanfront accommodations at very reasonable prices for that perfect Maui getaway!

The condo was clean and homey. The view is beautiful. The poolside food leaves a little to be desired--pasta (carb loading poolside?!?). It's a pretty quiet place compared to a hotel or resort with activities, music, a restaurant, etc. The condo is great though and the host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

This condo is beautifully decorated. You will be supplied with everything you need for the beach. They even have binoculars to spot whales. We usually stay at Royal Kahana and will again. The reason I gave the property manage 1 star was due to them power washing around the pool for 5 hours ruining the tranquility

Breathtaking view from oceanfront condo. We could hear the waves crashing and enjoy watching whales & gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. Everything you need for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. Clean and quiet. Being situated on the northern end of the island, it tends to be very windy during the day, which does not bode well for lounging by the pool.
