Perfect for our extended family during a wedding weekend. Great open floorplan in both the main house and the cottage. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful setting on the lake.

The house was excellent for our porpoises. The two house setup was great! The only thing I wish we had was a gas grill or a charcoal grill. I personally have almost zero use for a Blackstone style grill. I outdoor cook several times a week in my normal week and none of it would typically involve a griddle grill.

Spectacular property in a quiet location with plenty of room for our large group. The renovated boathouse is a major bonus because a large group confined to 1 house can get claustrophobic, and a full kitchen and laundry in both dwellings came in handy. The main house is quite sound proof, we couldn’t hear the fun being had in the downstairs game room from upstairs. The dock and lake access was perfect, the depth is shallow enough to play in close to shore but deep enough to float in further out. Really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. We had little to no others on the section of lake we were on during the week in July we were there. Property managers were readily available via text but we didn’t need them. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay. The property is as advertised. Extremely spacious. We had 16 people and everyone comfortably had a bed. Dock, beach, beach and fire pit were used everyday. Highly recommend this property. Black stone grill was a plus.

House was perfect. Had everything we needed. Beautiful views, lake access and nice neighborhood. Very nice fire pit with awesome view. Love using kayaks to check out surrounding lake. Plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted. Hot tub was a bonus. Boathouse took it over the top, since we were able to put grandparents in a quiet environment for them to enjoy.

Excellent Property

Family gathering of 13 adults and the property was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and beds-we used the main house and boathouse. The home is decorated nicely, clean and neat. Lots of dishes/glasses/pans to handle all the people. The location is perfect - quiet part of the lake. The dock was great - loved the kayaks and paddleboard. The property managers are excellent. Very easy to work with - responsive to questions - great customer service. Highly recommend to any large group.

Family Holiday

My wife and I hosted our family (three adult children, their spouses and five grandchildren) at Kempton Cove for a pre-Thanksgiving Holiday. The main house paired with the boat house was perfect for our family. The property is well provisioned and we enjoyed the main floor, deck grill, hot tub (after cold plunges in the lake!), and fire pit. The grandchildren particularly enjoyed the game room with adjoining bunk beds and smores at the fire pit...best Holiday house yet! Additionally, the property manager coordinated seamless boat delivery and pick-up to and from our dock so we were able to enjoy the lake at our leisure. We highly recommend this property for families!

Great house and a great time!!Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.If they had one more refrigerator in the basement of the big house would be helpful if your bring food and drinks with you but we had coolers to keep drinks cold.Other then that I would book this house every year as it was awesome and we could dock up our two boats to the dock which was Awesome!!!Thank you !!!
