The grand deep-water dock is ready for your boat - tie up and enjoy direct lake access. Our dock location maintains strong water depth year-round, even as Lake Norman levels fluctuate seasonally (managed by Duke Energy). The dock features a diving board, bench swings, and sunning areas. The on-site boat lift is reserved for the property owner.

This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).

For guest safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway and road (2), exterior patios (2), and the dock (1). There are no cameras inside the home.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The kitchens had everything we needed. The shared space, view, and pier were amazing! We definitely enjoyed the game room. It was challenging not to have a bathroom for the guys in the bunk room, but all in all our stay was great!

Great home, accommodated three generations of family members for reunion. On suites are best feature so accessibility is good on main floor. Lots of fun things to do. Plenty of dining seating for 20 plus people. Only concern was outside grill only one burner (left) of three working properly and needs work, needs good cleaning.

Great stay again. This is our second time at this home. There is plenty of room, it has a great layout, and the kitchen is spacious. We spent a lot of time in the game room downstairs and on the dock. Well designed for groups of 10-12 adults.

Fantastic property

Our group stayed at this property for a small company retreat. The photos were very accurate, the property was well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation and serving. Stunning property!

This is one instance where the pictures really do the property justice! Our group of 6 coworkers stayed at Port Royale for our office Christmas party and we all absolutely loved the house. It is beautifully designed and decorated and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. We look forward to stay there again!

Great location for extended family get together!

The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the location on the lake was perfect for our needs. It is located in a cove with ample dock space. Evoke was very responsive to all questions we had (before and during our stay). I would highly recommend!
