Advices that the property is only 1.6 kms from the main beach and within easy walking distance were certainly understated. Whilst we arranged a transfer from the airport who was both on time & knew the property location, we arrived at night and trying to follow the route we took for future reference was somewhat difficult. The provision of a map of some sort would assist both guests and local taxi drivers in locating the property. Found that we did not have any running water late on the first night and after contacting the agent the following morning, this was rectified promptly (pump wasn't plugged in & this is something that should have been checked when we arrived). Did send a text on our 2nd day advising that the pool needed cleaning as there were signs of algae appearing on the sides & the spa area was full of debris - text was never answered and nobody showed up to rectify the problem which was certainly disappointing. Couple of suggestions to improve the guest experience:- 1. Ensure pool is clean before guests arrive 2. Leave instructions on have to turn on the spa and water features of the pool 3. Make sure water is switched on 4. Provide a map/directions to the property for guest use 5. Provide a 1 page information sheet detailing nearby attractions etc with a contact number for a local taxi drivers who know where the property is located Staff at both check-in & check-out were very professional & helpful in all respects and overall, we still had a very enjoyable stay that would have improved dramatically which a little attention to detail. Les points positifs: le staff est opérationnel, notre transfert aéroport villa s'est bien passé aller et retour Bon contact avec l'agence qui est réactive, la WiFi ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée puis a été réparée des le lendemain La piscine est sans vis à vis sauf au bout où il y a un vis à vis avec la maison voisine qui ne fait pas partie du complexe Bon rapport qualité prix pour le standing Cuisine ( micro ondes, four, frigo, congélateur, plaque cuisson, lave vaisselle) et salle de bain biens équipée et spacieuse dans la première chambre WiFi de bonne qualité Points négatifs: complexe en construction donc plein de travaux autour de la villa ce qui donne un environnement bruyant mais largement supportable Un toilette bouché e'.cours de séjour ce qui ne semble pas être là première fois ( il y avait un déboucheur) heureusement il y avait un deuxième WC donc ça ne nous a pas gêné ( nous étions un couple seul) Une vitre de la grande salle de bain ne se ferme pas ( reste entrouverte) La lumière de la seconde salle de bain ne fonctionne pas ( signalé dès notre arrivée) Il manque un rideau occultant dans la deuxième chambre, ce qui fait que le matin vous êtes réveillez par le soleil La.piscine est totalement à l'ombre avant 10h et après 16h Pas de nettoyage durant le séjour À vous de faire le ménage et il n'y a pas de produits d'entretien, il 'y a pas de matériel... Dans le salon de jardin d'extérieur sur la terrasse il 'y a plus de matelas sur le bain de soleil contrairement à la photo Au total Bon rapport qualité prix Gros point négatif l'absence de ménage et de changement des serviettes et draps Villa se dégradant par manque d'entretien c'est dommage car fort potentiel

It was a pleasant stay at the villa. The property is clean and well furnished. And the property management folks and rentavillapuket.com staff are very responsive. We expressed our concern on the pool condition before we check in to the villa. And by the time we finished the check in process and were ready to venture out, the cleaning crews arrived on site to clean up the pool. They even cleaned up the pool after a night of heavy rain, two days later without us calling for cleaning. That was impressive. The villa is located up at the hill side. But you can still locate it on Google map and see the houses next to Skylight Villa on Street View. There is construction going on around the property so it might get noisy during daytime. And it is very dark and quiet in the night. Overall, it is value for money. And I definitely will check out their other properties in my future Phuket trip.

C'est une très belle villa, mais il y a plusieurs points négatifs. La villa est très éloignée de tout commerce, à notre arrivée nous nous sommes trouvé totalement désorienté. On ne nous a même pas mis une bouteille d'eau a dispo alors qu'il fait une chaleur étouffante. Aucun taxi dans les alentours. Nous avons envoyé un texto demandons de l'aide, mais aucune réponse. La nuit est très vite tombée, nous avons marché plus de 50 min pour pouvoir acheter de l'eau et de quoi manger. Nous n'avons même pas pu profiter de la piscine tellement elle été sale, on nous a dit qu'une personne passée 3 fois par semaine pour la nettoyer, mais nous n'avons vu aucune personne l'entretenir. En compensation lors de notre départ nous avons eu -50% sur le prix à payer pour l’électricité. Certaines serviettes de bain été tachée, Il n'y a aucune intimité pour prendre sa douche il y a une fenêtre dans la salle de bain qui fait toute la largeur de la pièce. En résumé nous sommes déçu par cette location. Hôte fantôme. Dommage!
