This is a beautiful place within easy walking distance from River Street. Parking was very easy and close. We loved watching the ships from the patio!

Being so close to the river we had a clear view of the inpressive cargo ships coming and going. It was amazing how quiet these large vessels are as they move through the water. The path to the downtown historic area is literally out the back door. The unit is tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean. Great place to view the ships coming and going from the port. The only drawback is not being able to park on the property. Have to park about 1/2 a block or more away.

Highly recommend! My son and I had a really nice stay here. It was beautiful! The view of the river was stunning. The spacious back porch was perfect. We loved watching the ships go by. Such a great location right on the riverwalk.

Boat Nerd’s Dream!

We loved our stay here! If you like watching the ships go by there is no better place. Book it now! Now, let me give you some details… The place is only one story. A quick look at the pictures makes you think you are getting an upstairs balcony. There is a lovely back porch but it is ground level and thus not exactly private. The next door neighbor also has a camera watching their back porch. This is totally appropriate and in no way weird but just know it’s there. The whole area is under construction. This is a new development so that is to be expected. Just know there will be noise. Not a big deal but know what you’re getting into. Also, there is always noise in the port. Not a big deal at all. Just go with the right expectations. The living quarters were nice. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed is a queen size bed. The mattress was comfortable enough. The closet is big! The toilet shower area was small and did not match the rest of the house. It was super small and had a fiberglass shower/tub combo with a shower curtain. Again, not a big deal. It just seemed strange in such a nice place. If I were making some changes I would sacrifice closet space for a larger shower area. It’s a short term rental so a large closet is that important. All in all it was great place under professional management. A fun getaway with a unique view!
