David Apartment at Comiti Farmhouse is deep immersed in the Tuscany countryside and has a pool shared with the other guests of the farmhouse. It can accomodate up to 6 guests.

COMITI FARMHOUSE
In the heart of Tuscany, less than 1 km from the center of the medieval village of Montaione, you can find the Comiti Farmhouse.
The 7 apartments that are part of the property overlook a nice little square; the atmosphere is that of a small country village. Until the 60s of the twentieth century, this was a small farm where some peasant families lived.
Subsequently, after a long period of neglect, the propertyfamily carried out a careful renovation work, transforming the farm into one of the most welcoming places in Montaione to spend the holidays.
The style has remained the typical one of the Tuscan farmhouses , with stone walls, ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors.
The equipment available is enough to spend your stay in comfort, such as equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances, satellite TV, Internet wi-fi , fireplace with wood, mosquito nets; outside, relaxation is ensured by equipped terraces , tennis court, solarium and two swimming pools where you can spend moments of perfect tranquility.
Our guests have access to a vegetable garden where they can independently collect seasonal vegetables. At the reception you can buy our typical products: Chianti wine and Bianco I.G.T. Tuscan, Spumante and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

DAVID APARTMENT
It occupies the entire first floor of the building which also includes another apartment and the reception. With an area of approximately 120 m², it can accommodate 6 + 2 people. The apartment has a balcony with a panoramic view and a private garden, equipped for outdoor dining or simply for your relaxation.
