  • Perfect location for convenience and quietness

"This is a perfect apartment for a couple. We found that is was extremely quiet as well as very clean and tidy. Plus, it was convenient for all of our wishes and needs -- grocery shopping near by, bus stops around the corner! Great local trattorias are just down the street that included more locals than tourists. It is a short walk to Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery as well as other major sights. Local buses stopped literally around the corner made all of Florence very accessible. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends. It has many conveniences including the clothes washer in the apartment and the jacuzzi Beth tub. It is very clean, well maintained and managed by an English speaking man who was SUPER helpful and did a thorough job in following through to answer questions we initially had. ***We would recommend listing in the discription the amenities of the clothes washer, hair dryer. The wonderful drying rack in the apartment was very adequate for drying clothes as well as bed linens and towels. It would be good to add to the apartment description that the king bed is up a set of stairs, even though there was a sofa bed in the living room."

  • Cozy apartment in the heart of Florence!

"This was our second stop on our tour of Italy to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Communication with Donatella and her team way easy and always very responsive. Klara met us at the apartment on time and was lovely and showed us all of our amenities. The apartment is as cozy and welcoming as the pictures show. It is so conveniently located to all of the sights as well as fantastic food, and gelato. We loved Osteria De'Benci (it's just next door to the apartment) delicious Tuscan dishes.. We loved the drunken pasta best! For a fantastic sandwich to go try Antico Vinaio just a few minutes walk away on Via dei Neri. They open at 11:30 am and they stay open until 10:30 pm. The lines can be long but so worth it! The fresh, hot focaccia and Italian meat, cheese and vegetable...yum! We had the Summer Sandwich and La Diablo but you can choose your own. The guys working there are fun and helpful!! For gelato go around the corner, from the apartment, to Gelateria dei good and two flavor scoops for just 1,80 €. We went back everyday to try and figure out which flavor we liked best! You'll love the convenience of this apartment for your stay in Florence but you will love it even more when you walk in after a long day of sight seeing to your cozy home away from home!"
