Beautiful modern apartment

Elegantly styled and renovated apartment well-located near Recoleta and parks. Lovely views across greenery and, from the bedroom, to the Rio Plata. Very comfortable with new king-sized bed, AC, well-equipped kitchen and large soaking tub. Gorgeous plants and furniture. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! Estefania and Pilar were very responsive and helpful with questions. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment but must be cautious regarding additional security deposit requirement

• Strengths:-The apartment is beautiful, modern, and well illuminated with excellent amenities and WiFi.-The location in Palermo is great, near the Floralis Genérica sculpture.-The neighborhood feels secure with supermarkets at walkable distance.• Limitations:-Clarify the check-in process with the owner in case of delay in time of arrival.-Strongly consider clarifying with the owner at the time of the booking that no additional security deposit will be imposed beyond the service fee, especially outside of the VRBO platform (which is not permitted by the terms of service).-Insinuations that the client will not be permitted to stay if an additional security deposit (after the booking) is wired to her bank account are NOT acceptable.In summary, a beautiful apartment in a great location, but a lukewarm experience otherwise.

Just to clarify, the security deposit request was due to the fact that your stay had not yet been paid even though 10 days past and you were about to leave . As a host, I am allowed to request a security deposit if I choose to, especially for a luxury apartment where everything is high-end and costly. This helps ensure the property is respected and the reservation is honored. I appreciate your understanding and wish you the best on your future travels
