Only strip SHEETS and pillow cases (not pillow protectors and mattress protectors) Leave the duvet on. Leave used towels and sheets by the door under the stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If there is evidence of a party the guest will be charged $3,000. NO smoking

We stayed here to help our child after they underwent outpatient surgery in Omaha. Being on the ground floor with absolutely no steps to get into the building or the unit was a huge advantage. We enjoyed the condo, it was large, clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were very responsive to our questions after we arrived as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The home was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth.

Host was very responsive to everything. May need a new cleaning crew, but overall great stay.I would suggest that any guests staying here o ly.have one vehicle. There is one designated parking spot and is a little bit of walking to get to the room from there. Also, there is only one fob to get into the building.
