The cabin was above expectations. It was clean and easily accommodated the six of us. We will be back next year.

It was ok
Tv was older than dirt. All gravel road to get there. Crappy air conditioning no lights on the porch for sitting

We strive to make our cabin appealing and your stay comfortable. The TV is not a smart TV so we don't advertise it as such. We do have a new DVD player and a nice assortment of family friendly DVDs! Part of the charm of our cabin is that there is 1.6 miles of gravel to a secluded cabin in the woods, the rest of the roads are all paved. The cabin does not have central air, but it does have multiple units that are adjustable and seem to cool nicely. There is an exterior light, and 2 oscillating fans on the porch, but the switches are just inside of the door. There is also a very nice custom made fire pit to light and sit next to if that is preferred to sitting on the porch, additionally you can meander through a large mowed yard with fruit trees and a small fish pond, or walk down to the old iron bridge built in 1910.

Why they chose this property
The area around the cabin is resource rich. There's wild berries, abundant wildlife like deer turkey & squirrel, beautiful limestone bluffs, all types of trees and not a lot of people.
