Complete interior and exterior, top to bottom luxury remodel located one block from downtown Port Huron and one block from the St. Clair River. Walk to downtown Port Huron, Pine Grove Park, St. Clair River, Sperry's, McMorran, etc. Minutes from the Blue Water Bridge and Lighthouse Beach.

This home was taken down to the studs in 2024 and every square inch has been thoughtfully remodeled. It features new luxury kitchen, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, first floor laundry, new central heat and air, new front porch with peek-a-boo river views.

Please read: bedrooms are on the second floor, bathrooms are on the first floor. Although the house has a new AC system, due to the style of the home the second floor does not cool as well as the first floor. Fans are provided for the bedrooms.

This was the second time staying at this property, because we like it so much! Very clean, roomy house in a quiet location. We love all the new appliance, hardwood floors, and the central air! Near downtown Port Huron and parks. The host is very responsive as well.

It is rare to find an updated house in Port Huron and this house was perfect! TJ was extremely helpful and even provided beach chairs, a crib and a high chair for my little one. The location was perfect - we were able to take morning walks to the Blue Water Bridge and to Pine Grove Park as well as evening strolls to grab dinner downtown. This is a gem in Port Huron and I will definitely stay here again!

The perfect house!

Had an amazing week at this home!!! So clean and spacious! Walked to all the shops and restaurants- everything is so close! Can also see a little bit of water from the front porch!! Any question we had was answered within 5 minutes! Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!!

This newly remodeled and refreshed house was a pleasure to stay in. Very clean and comfortable. The large bathroom and well appointed kitchen are highlights. Also enjoyed the spacious living room and TV. The owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate. Located in a central location in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying in this well maintained house. We wanted close to Pine Grove Park and this was the house for that. Easy walking distance to restaurants in town. The home owner was immediate when relaying information to us. The house was very comfortable and was supplied with everything you’d need. We will definitely be back! House stayed comfortable with heat and air. Loved having the fans for the bedrooms. Would highly recommend!Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. TJ truly thought of everything — every amenity and convenience was provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. From a fully equipped kitchen and grill for outdoor meals to everything you’d need for a beach day (wagon, cooler, chairs, and games). Plus, the location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to downtown, local parks, shops, and restaurants. It was perfect. We’re already looking forward to next year!
