Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all dirty towels from the bathroom and place them in front of the washing machine.
Throw trash away, the garbage must be packed in garbage bags and placed inside the garbage bin located across the townhouse street.
Please wash all dirty dishes, and places them back on the cabinet after they dry and do not leave any dirty dishes in the dishwasher neither, a fine of at least $50 will apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not flush any diapers, napkins, paper towels, tampons, or wet wipes in the toilets; Please note we inspect all toilets prior to any guest arrive.
Do not overload the washing machine or the dryer and No dishes plates, or food containers are to be left in bedrooms or bathrooms.
No loud music and/or noise allowed in the property. And if any music, please be mindful of not disturb the neighbors.

This those was perfect for our Masters visit. Easiest access ever to patron parking. 3 great-sized bedrooms, comfy couches and quiet street.

We enjoyed our stay at this Tucked away gem on a quiet street close to Augusta National. Host was extremely accommodating and highly attentive. Would rent again!
