Great place, great location, and the owner communicated well and was very clear. The location was perfect and easy to walk to all of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. We will keep this property on our list if potential repeat stays.

The big issue was the shower situation. The upstairs shower had a constant drip and had two water leaks downstairs into the hallway and kitchen, so that shower could not be used. There were only 8 bath towels provided when we put down that we had 14 guests. I gave two stars rather than one because the host was very responsive when I was messaging him but nothing got fixed during our stay. Plus it listed that it had a hair dryer and it did not. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but it was very frustrating and I don’t want another guest to have to deal with that.

The location was great, the kitchen had everything needed. The only complaint we had was the couch was very stained and seemed dirty. We just put sheets to cover it and it was fine. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We come in from all parts of the country for a college reunion and fantasy football draft. There was great communication and the place was perfect for us.

2/10 Terrible

Our stay was significantly disrupted by several unresolved issues. The listing advertised both internet access and a washer, but neither was functional during our stay. There were also not enough clean towels provided, and the home had a strong marijuana odor throughout. We contacted the host multiple times regarding these concerns and received little to no response. The advertised amenities were not available as described, and the lack of communication meant these issues remained unresolved for the duration of our stay.Beds were actually equivalent to camp cots rather than beds……Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Great for the price

Overall, good quality for the price. The parking spot behind the building is nice since the street parking can fill up at night. Great location to get to places in no time.

We rented this place for a bridal party during a wedding weekend. Overall, it was nice to have everyone in the same space, but the unit itself was lacking several things. There were not enough trash bags for garbage, there were 4 full sized towels for 12 beds and there was no shampoo or conditioner in any of the dispensers. There was enough toilet paper and small bars of soap but not much else in terms of toiletries. The kitchen area was relatively clean, however it was not very well stocked either and lacked enough utensils for everyone. There also isn’t an ice maker in the fridge or seasonings/cooking basics so we had to purchase ice, oil, and salt in addition to our groceries. There are also a lot of stairs to access the unit which might make it difficult to move a lot of things back and forth.Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again but it was definitely a unique experience in Soulard!

The house was represented well in the pictures. Everything in the house was in working order, plenty of beds if you have a large group of friends or a big family, and there was a lot of things to do within a short distance of the property, would absolutely stay here again. And the host was very nice and descriptive for everything. The check in/check out process was a breeze! The experience was a 10/10

Upon arrival, we did not notice the flaws, however throughout our stay, they became apparent. The showers did not drain, and one faucet did not turn completely off and the handle was broken. We did see a mouse in the kitchen, and the sofa was very stained. The kitchen was updated. The pictures on the listing did not match the current state - no rug or coffee table and the tv is now in front of the fireplace. The dedicated parking spot was nice. The furnace was extremely loud and had a screen in front of the furnace room but no door.

Great place

I took a bunch of teenagers to spend time in the city. This place was perfect for teens. They had a giant sleepover in the big room with lots of beds.

Nice little weekend getaway

The space was accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a very good location. Smelled clean and no hint of smoke anywhere. It was a great space for our needs.
