Beautiful townhouse just 2 minutes from Paúba beach (see the video in real time !! -link in photo 23), comfortably accommodates 8 people (families).
American kitchen with built-in cabinets. Delicious room for two environments being dining and living with sofas and flat screen TV, both integrated into the balcony of the house.
Still on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double bed, both with air conditioning; full bathroom next to it, in addition to a sink.
On the 2nd mezzanine floor with sofas and a large suite with two single beds, balcony with mountain views, hot tub and air conditioning.
Beautiful leisure area with pool, barbecue, lawn, outdoor shower and complete bathroom.
Places for three cars.

Casa linda e com localização excelente

A casa é ótima, tem tudo que precisa, é super arejada, acolhedora e com muita natureza ao redor, é perfeita para quem está buscando tranquilidade. A piscina é uma delícia e o jardim é lindo. A localização é excelente, fica muito perto da praia, o que faz toda a diferença, dá pra ir e voltar várias vezes no dia. Também fica bem perto do mercadinho. A comunicação com os proprietários e caseiro foi super fácil. O Gilberto, que é o caseiro, é super educado e atencioso. A casa e piscina estavam bem limpas. Só tenho elogios! Pretendo voltar mais vezes, com certeza.

Ótima localização em um lindo lugar para relaxar e recarregar as baterias,ficamos 14 dias com as crianças, a casa é maravilhosa o José e a Vania foram muito atenciosos não nos deixando faltar nada.O Adenilson piscineiro ótima pessoa bem prestativa o que nos possibilitou todo o conforto com a piscina sempre muito limpa. Com certeza recomendo e retornaremos. Um grande abraço e até breve José e Vania.

A casa é linda e condiz muito com as fotos, chegamos após o Natal e logo que fomos recepcionados pela caseira, tivemos a noticia que o ar condicionado de um dos quartos não estava funcionando e o técnico só iria verificar na quarta feira. Tivemos um probleminha com a limpeza da piscina também a limpeza era feita as 10 horas da manha e isso nos impossibilitava de usar a piscina por certa de 4 horas por conta dos produtos. Sem contar que nos primeiros dias a água não ficou limpa como deveria e a bomba não estava funcionando devidamente. Fora esses pequenos deslizes foi tudo perfeito.

Gostaria de agradecer os proprietários Vânia e José pela atenção que nos foi dada, a casa é muito bem cuidada e com uma área externa excelente para aproveitar com os amigos! A localização é realmente proxima da praia, bem na ponta, num local calmo e bem frequentado! Já estamos nos planejando para voltar mais vezes.
