Poor communication

There very poor communication from the host. I never got any information about how to collect the keys. I went to the address late at night hoping the office was open only to find out I was at the wrong address though that was the address that was sent to me to my email 2 days prior. We then went to the named property on the App but could not locate it as there was no building on that street that had that name. I texted the host via the App and called the provided phone number with no response. I ended up booking a hotel at midnight. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with this host.
