This rental would have been nice if everything was functioning as it should be. Upon arriving the first night the fridge didn't work. I sent a message over around 10:30 p.m. I heard back about 6 hours later. The next day was Thanksgiving and we were offered a full refund if we chose to leave. Being that it was a holiday that was not possible. After buying ice and getting coolers we still had to throw food away. Nothing could be left out due to the roaches in the kitchen. Not being able to take any leftovers home or eat them the next day was a real waste of money for us. In general the home could use a deep cleaning and minor things fixed. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. Outside of all that we made the best of it and we did receive a small refund.
