Enjoy peaceful country living w/ quick access to I-35 & 287, and a short drive to Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas Motorplex, Scarborough Renaissance Fair, SAGU, and many other great events/sights south of the metroplex. 1152 sq ft w/ 2 bedrooms, jack n jill bathroom, but each side has their own side & toilet, shared bathrub/shower. Full kitchen and large living room.
