I love creating welcoming, comfortable places where guests can slow down, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and feel at home. I know the Kalamata and Messinia area well and enjoy sharing local recommendations, from beautiful beaches and seaside tavernas to restaurants, villages and places worth discovering.

I pay particular attention to the details that make a stay comfortable and relaxing, while respecting my guests' privacy. I am always available by message if you need help, recommendations or anything else during your stay.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful seaside setting while remaining close to Kalamata and everything the city has to offer. The beach is just steps away, with seaside tavernas and cafés nearby, while Kalamata city centre is around a 20-minute walk away.

It is also an excellent base for exploring Messinia, with its beaches, historic sites, traditional villages and beautiful landscapes. We particularly love the combination of the relaxed coastal atmosphere and the easy access to the city.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property special is the combination of a peaceful seaside setting, direct access to the beach and a comfortable outdoor lifestyle. The Garden Suite is designed for two guests and has its own private entrance, private garden courtyard and a spacious outdoor living and dining area with a large corner sofa and dining table.

Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool and shared outdoor areas, creating a relaxed Mediterranean experience just steps from the sea. The combination of privacy, outdoor living, a swimming pool and proximity to Kalamata makes it an ideal place for a couple looking for a peaceful base by the sea.
