This memorable house is perfect for your trip to El Salvador. With 5 bedrooms including a king bed, 3 queen beds, 4 bunk beds, and a full-size bed, there's plenty of space for 20+ guests. The property also features a cozy living room with a sofa bed and 2 twin sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements. Imagine relaxing in this quaint and soothing retreat, complete with modern amenities like WiFi and AC. It's easy to see why you can unwind at our place. Our outdoor is a resort with a huge pool, BBQ area, beachfront access, and more, making this house a perfect for option for you. The price is for 20 people. The house can accommodate more people but there would be an additional cost. Txt me for details. Rancho Pleyades enjoy viewing the stars!

-Do not use the towels as carpet or stain them with makeup, hair dye, blood, or other liquid that stains, an additional $15 will be charged per stained towel (small or large). The cost of a lost towel is $15 for any size.
Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or pool.
No pets are not allowed without priority notification. EXTRA CHARGED POR PET IS $35.

Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house or rooms. Don’t forget to close the windows and doors when the AC is on. Allowance per KWH a day and excessive usage will be charged accordingly.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.

Perfect getaway

Everything just excellent from beginning to end! Arrived a little before check in and we were received like they were happily anxious to meet us, I informed the host that our transport could be a little late for our check out and not a problem at all, just wonderful experience, communication was great with host and property manager.I wasn't done with my stay and was already planning my return to the same property, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway! a beautiful home away from home!!!
