Stay comfortably in Treasure Cay at this 2-BR/2 BA, beachfront villa, with a beautiful, extended eating area. This newly renovated villa has two bedrooms featuring a soothing king bed and a welcoming queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and modern amenities like AC, WIFI-via star-link (note*WiFi can be spotty at times on the island on rare occasions, a personal hotspot may be necessary) dishwasher, outdoor washing machine w/ dryer. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. Guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the Beach Villa Amenities such as community pool, lounge chairs on the pool deck and the beach with Palapas! !You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Another villa is located just next door and is also available to rent in order to accommodate more guests at an additional rental fee.

Exceeded all expectations. The unit was perfect, had everything we needed for 9 days! The beach was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better trip. Locations of the unit is the best in the Beach Villas.

We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation rental in Treasure Cay for the 4 of us.Maria was so easy to deal with and Linda took care of us whenever we needed anything while we were in Treasure Cay.

We a great time and can’t wait to go back! The beach that is steps from the backyard is beyond gorgeous!!! Cute little updated place with a very communicative host who will help answer all your questions! The power did go out a few times during our stay, but it typically returned 20-30 minutes later. Get all your groceries from Maxwell’s on the way in, they had everything.

Let’s start with the host first: Maria has been a fantastic lady to communicate with, super responsive and helpful in each and every aspect of our stay, from reservation to check out. Then comes the villa. The villa sits right on the beach, literally a few steps away from the most beautiful beach the island has to offer. Recently renovated, has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two fully functional bathrooms and a very nice and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a small family or a group of four guests. This property has set the new standard for a vacation in Treasure Cay, and for sure will reserve again this place for our next vacation on the island.

We have stayed at some beautiful beach condos over the years (Turks, Costa Rica, Florida) but we have never stayed at a more beautiful place than Turtles Cove! Its close proximity to the private beach is amazing. The soft white sand is gorgeous. The condo is wonderfully modern and has every amenity. It is extremely clean and well cared for. Linda, the on-sight manager, was amazing and answered all our calls and questions.

House was beautiful and well equipped! Maria and Linda were so nice and helped with anything we needed, even an extended stay due to flight issues. Literally 10 steps from the most gorgeous beach! Every single person we met near the property was helpful and kind! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location

Beautiful tropical furnishings and fully remodeled villa right on gorgeous Treasure Cay beach. The Beach Villas property is well maintained and very peaceful. Also appreciated owners responses to questions to help make our stay perfect. Would definitely return to this villa on unforgettable Treasure Cay.

The place was well appointed & very comfy. We cooked breakfast & dinner every day in the kitchen. Although it was quite windy & rough, we rented kayaks & explored the beaches, getting great rides on the waves on our downwind legs. Maria is a very responsive host. The house was clean as a whistle thanks to Linda. Lovely, welcoming community with an amazing heated, well-kept pool. Will definitely be back. Treasure Cay is the prettiest beach ever.

PERFECT TRIP

The location was perfect, outside the back door was the beach! The host was great. We were almost stuck on the island due to a hurricane and she worked with us to stay an extra night. It was clean and the ac was cold and very comfortable!

.aria was a wonderful host. The property is spot on as described. "Wow, this villa is way nicer than ours" was the common remark by all who visited! Plenty of amenities to cook meals every night. Nicely appointed inside & out. Coffee on the dune every morning is hard to beat. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

This was our first trip to the Bahamas and we’re hooked! The villa is absolutely beautiful and so clean with everything you need. The amazingly beautiful beach is just steps away. A golf cart is a must as you can get to everything you need. Be sure to drive to the end of the road (left off Fox Lane) for beautiful views. The beach clubs are nearby with great food as well as an excellent bakery/cafe just across the street. We rented a boat along with a captain (Stumpy) who took us to the most amazing places. I do recommend that you stop at the grocery store in Marsh Harbour for essentials, our driver, Albert, knew the best spots. Maria is very quick to respond to any questions that you may have, she’s so kind. The locals are very friendly. Best place ever, we’ll definitely be back as I believe we’ve found “our spot” in this beautiful yellow villa!

The most stunning vacation in Treasure Cay

Our stay at Maria's property went amazingly well. The day we arrived everything was perfect and the house was clean, fully equipped for our family to cook and live in it like it was our own. The position of the place right on the beach is magical and doesn't fail to amaze every morning.Maria was always ready to help and answer any questions we could possibly have.A 100% a place worth of a 5 stars review. I recommend to whoever wants a quiet and beautiful place to spend their vacation.

If you are looking for a slice of paradise, this is it! All we wanted was to disconnect from our busy lives and soak up the sun with a good book and a cup of coffee! This is what the doctor ordered! Clean, comfortable and peaceful! The host was a pleasure, and Turtle Cove was magical. Did I mention the cinnamon buns at the breakfast place:) ??? I didn't want to go back home:)

What a wonderful property! We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa - it is a beautiful place and the location (steps from the gorgeous Treasure Cay beach) is unbeatable! Maria was an excellent host - and Linda was so helpful during our stay. We plan to return soon!
