Welcome to The Cozy House located in a quiet safe community in Pattison, this house is a dream. This home is equipped with a water filtration/softener system throughout the entire home. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king size adjustable massage bed with led lights, queen size bed, and full bed, guests will feel right at home in this 3500sqft home with 20ft tall ceilings. Cook amazing meals in the beautiful kitchen equipped with an air fryer, blender and a Samsung smart fridge. Enjoy the nice living room with a 75inch TV and a brand-new leather reclining couch with cupholders, storage and charging ports. Dedicated home office equipped with a heavy-duty office chair, monitor and futon. Large game room with arcade basketball, futon and 55inch TV with led lights. Nice home gym with heavy bag, resistance bands and free weights. Large backyard with patio seating, string lights and a gas fire pit. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
