The Grove: King Beds-100" TV-Close to Texas A&M

This charming 3 bedroom home, featuring a 100' TV, is one block from Bryan MidTown Park (Legends Event Center, Top Golf, etc...) and also from South College Drive. You don't get a better location than this for any activity in Bryan or College Station. Literally, just a couple of minutes to campus or to downtown Bryan with tons of parking...even covered parking. Every bedroom boasts a king sized bed and there is an additional Queen sized Murphy Bed. The back yard is fully fenced. The living room is set for entertainment with two large leather sofas and a 100" SMART TV with included WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a full deck out back complete the amenities. The ideal stay in Aggieland.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this place was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable, the home is so cozy. There were plenty of room for my 3 teenagers and I loved That all the beds were king! Such a plus for my tall kids. We will definitely be returning to this sweet home!

Visiting niece @ A&M

Myself and 4 family members ventured from Ohio/PA to Tx to visit my niece at A&M. This property is in a great location as it's easy access to A&M (College Station) as well as Bryan which has a cute little downtown. The property was very clean, check in/out was easy, everything functioned properly and they had necessary amenities like coffee, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc available. I would stay here again!

The property was as expected. The bedrooms were nice and big. Communication was very easy with the host. Easy check-in and easy check out. The house is older, but in a convenient location.

Host was very responsive. Loved how close it was to the school and to a park with a jogging area! If you watch sports the TV is perfect for you…. It’s big… like really big. Rooms are also big. You’re in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from everything.
