This home was super clean, conveniently located for A&M campus activities, and less than 15 minutes away from the Brazos County Expo Center. There's an HEB that was only a few minutes' drive. The neighborhood felt safe for two women traveling together. The 2 king bedrooms worked great for two of us, but the home would easily have accommodated a couple of families or a group of friends. Clear, friendly communication from the owner. Great experience! We would stay here again.

We wanted for nothing at this property as it had it all! From the moment I first reached out to the property owners, it was smooth sailing the rest of the way. They accommodated my alternate check-in time request which made our long trip there stress-free knowing we could go straight there and get settled. On top of that, they were always available and responsive if I ever needed anything. They truly made us feel valued and cared for. The house was equipped with everything stated in the listing. We had a blast with our family there as the garage had foosball, pingpong, connect four. There were two living room spaces which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor spaces were so plentiful. Plenty of parking space. Everything was clean and nice. The location was close to campus, so my son was able to come and go with ease. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for it all, space, entertainment, great location.

The house has a great location! Easy to find, close to dining and campus with easy access to the highway for travel to nearby Bryan where our event was hosted. There was ample parking with clean rooms and plenty of space. The kids loved the games, movie and bunk beds! Our host responded quickly and gave clear directions/guidelines for check in/out and house rules. We will definitely return should we visit College Station again.

This is our third time staying here, and we have had a blast every time. We did a guys trip with 8 of us to watch the March Madness basketball games this time, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. The two outdoor spaces and large double living room area are perfect for a group. The hosts are also extremely nice, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Booking and check in was great. House is underwhelming compared to photos. They must use a wide angle lens as the bunk bed room is no bigger than a large closet. The kitchen is TINY. We encountered a couple cockroaches as well. I also found it sneaky that this place states it sleeps 12, but it includes cots and couches that fold into beds in that count...which I understand somewhat, but what is very misleading is that they have a picture of the same bedroom in the pics - but with different bedding and the furniture slightly different - so you see a bedroom with I believe white bedspread and then another bedroom pic with black bedspread - but its the SAME bedroom. It's just deceptive. I should have looked closer, but again the same bedroom shouldn't be pictured with 2 different set ups - can definitely make it seem like there's another bedroom. Also, the back porch TV did NOT work. Overall, it worked out fine. The ad needs to be updated. Its a very old house with a few updates, but think college kids type party house.

We are so sorry you did not find the house to be up to your standards. I would like to point out that the site clearly states that the sleeping areas include 2 queen futons, 2 King beds and 4 twin bunk beds. There is not anything sneaky or deceptive as it explains in detail the sleeping arrangements. The cots are not included in the 12 person sleep count. Those are extra. As mentioned in our email to you, the futons have mattress toppers as well as full linens available for use to make them even more comfortable. The bunk bed room is large enough to include 4 standard twin bunk beds. Also, the TV on the patio does work. It was most likely a temporary connection issue at the time. I tried to contact you several times through email and text to correct the issue, and even tried to send someone over there to assist but received no response from you. The house was recently professionally exterminated, and we also personally sprayed the entire perimeter a couple of weeks ago. There are also traps in the wet areas to prevent pests. So I can't explain that issue, but it is something we have not seen with any other guests. My sincere apologies that you had to experience that. Again, we attempted to contact you to understand and remedy that situation, but received no response. The kitchen, including stainless appliances and granite counter tops has been completely remodeled, as well as all flooring, bathrooms and many areas of the home. The home has actually been updated since some of the pictures, with things such as the new flooring, re-staining of the fence, and touch ups to paint. We take pride in our home and strive to ensure our guests have an enjoyable place to stay. I wish that we would have had a chance to connect to discuss and remedy your concerns, but as stated above, received no response when we attempted to reach out multiple times.

What a great experience I would highly recommend…

We had a GREAT time at this property. Loved so many things about the house. Hot water that NEVER ran out, the air conditioner worked AMAZING. The mattresses were great. The floor plan worked great with our large group. Had a fun time playing in the garage. We never had time to try out the patio/backyard, but wish we could’ve. We have absolutely NO complaints Ioved our time there and I will highly recommend others to stay there.

Wedding Weekend in CS

We needed a place to stay for the weekend where we could prepare the flowers for my daughter’s wedding and have a family barbecue the night before the wedding. The house is spacious and clean, there is plenty of seating, and the activities in the garage were a hit. Everyone loved the Aggie decor and the layout of the house because it lent itself well to a large crowd. I paid extra to have additional guests at the barbecue. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but I brought everything I could possibly need, so I can’t speak to what the kitchen has or doesn’t have. I appreciated the extra fridge in the garage; it came in handy!The only negative was the beds were not comfortable. None of us got a good nights sleep any of the nights we were there. :(

So happy you enjoyed it!! For future guests reading this, the comments regarding the beds by this guest is kind of a goldilocks situation honestly. We’ve had numerous guests ask us where we bought our beds and bedding because they had the best sleep and wanted to buy what we had lol. Some people prefer harder beds and others softer, we try and offer a good combination with high end memory foam toppers and quilted mattress covers. Most love it, but you unfortunately can’t perfectly please everyone 😊

We love to travel and love being in Aggieland! Both our boys are in College Station....one at Texas A&M and one starting off at Blinn but hoping to transfer next year! We love all things Aggie...football games, baseball games, basketball games and just the vibe of the area, We are proud to share our property with others and hope to provide them with a comfortable, relaxing, but yet entertaining place to stay.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, and it is close to EVERYTHING! The location is amazing. We are less than a mile from Kyle field. The property is perfect for groups and families, due to the 2 living areas and 3 outdoor spaces. The house is on a corner lot and has a side driveway, so plenty of parking. There is a backyard space for kids to play.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the amenities. We take great pride in ensuring that everyone has an amazing time. There are three different outdoor areas and two living areas that really let the guests spread out. There are 4 TVs throughout the house to catch the big game, including one on the outside patio! The side patio is right off the living rooms and has a shaded area and oscillating fan. There is a drink cooler and two grills (charcoal and propane). The backyard has a new deck with bar seating and a propane fire pit. We also have foosball, ping pong and cornhole, as well as books and games. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have towels, shampoo and soap. And of course, cleanliness is our number one priority!
