Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Up to 4 additional guests are allowed to visit until 10PM. They must leave the property at that time. A $75 fee will incur per guest that stay over.
No commercial filming or photography allowed without authorization. If you are found conducting this business, we reserve the right to end your stay.
