Loft 1884 is a brand new 3100 sq ft luxury loft centrally located in historic downtown Williamsport. Originally built in 1884, the remodeled space is the perfect combination of modern amenities and historic character. In easy walking distance to downtown's best restaurants, bars and shops and fully equipped with a large dining/entertaining space, kitchen and game room. Whether entertaining a large group or watching the Little League parade from your windows on 4th, this loft has everything!

This is a HUGE loft designed to comfortably host a large group of friends, family, colleagues or teams. The main floor has a full kitchen and dining table for 12 people. In addition, an adjoined space seats another 8 people for dining, games or just to hang out. Lounge in the living room area and people watch on downtown 4th street or stream your favorite shows/movies on the brand new 65" TV. Get your game on in the enormous game room, equipped with shuffle puck, foosball, air hockey, and cornhole.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms: The master with a king bed, a second bedroom with 2 queens and a third bedroom with a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeping 6 people total in the third room).

With ample bathroom space, the loft is also equipped with 3+ bathrooms containing 4 private showers and 3 commodes. There is also a laundry room on the third floor for your convenience and use.
