A perfect 4th of July week!

This house was so perfect for our family! At the first of the week, we had our daughter with two preschoolers stay, then she had to leave, & our other daughter came with two teenagers. Every one was extremely comfortable during their stay. The house was very clean, & fully stocked. We loved sitting on the porch each night overlooking the water. Another big bonus was the nice dock & boathouse. We loved being able to keep our boat there. I hope we’ll be able to book this house again!

Wonderful Memories

A++ stay at this wonderful lake house! I took my three boys (ages 6-11) for a Labor Day retreat and so happy we chose this place. Colin was extremely easy to communicate with, from the second I messaged him that I was interested in the rental, up until our departure. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. Fully stocked with paper goods and toiletries. The kitchen had everything you need. There is a charcoal grill and a propane griddle, as well as a fire pit with tons of wood! After a long day on the water, it was amazing being able to relax by the fire out overlooking the lake. The house is located in a nice quiet part of the lake. My boys were swimming off the dock and didn't worry about boat traffic at all. We brought our own fishing gear but Colin had poles and bait/lures at the house. My son caught a huge cat fish off the dock the first night of our stay and he hasn't stopped talking about it yet. Thank you Colin for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lake house. My boys and I created memories that will last forever. Cant wait to visit Lake Blackshear again soon.
