About this property

Frontline penthouse with pool & parking and incredible views on quiet beach

This penthouse is recently build and has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and built in cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

Wonderful

Stunning property with an excellent location.Views amazing and quality of accommodation was 5 star . Having a pool and beach was fantastic. Location was also very peaceful even though it is close to a train line ( great for exploring the area)

Lovely apartment with lovely sea view

Great place to see the best of what southern Catalonia has to offer. Apartment is beautiful, well equipped & it was lovely to sit on the terrace after a day's sightseeing. Kids really enjoyed the pool too. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time

We had a fantastic time over the US Thanksgiving holiday. The apartment was great, and Edt is an outstanding owner. It is located between Barcelona and Tarragona, you can drive or take the train everywhere, close to grocery and a few good restaurants, and right at the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our family of 5. Thank you Edt, we'll be back!

Cubelles Cool

We stayed 4 weeks in April / May and it worked out great. Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. Clean and quiet apartment (stairs up to the terrace are steep) with well equiped kitchen and laundry. Good value.

Great stay!,

Edt’ place is absolutely a great place to stay. The check in was a breeze as well as the checkout. As soon as we got to the place we felt right at home, the view are very very nice with a gentle breeze, we sat at the balcony and enjoyed the wonderful sunrises and sunsets The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need during the stay. The bedrooms are very confortable. Edt and Maria are nice and very friendly. Thanks Edt and Maria Jesus for allowing us to stay in you place, I am already planning for next year!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. We had no need to use our car for the whole fortnight. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was quiet and easily accessed. The beach was clean and safe, easily accessible for a wheelchair user. The whole area was clean and quiet, with perfect weather. We would certainly revisit this location and use this accommodation again.

Great place and super friendly owner

We stayed off season in this property. It had what we needed for our stay of 4 adults and 1 child. In summer, this must be even better with the beach right there and still availability of a pool. Only downside is the noise made by a fan that must be circulating the air in the apartment. It is more than noticeable. Overall, I recommend this place.

Fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchen spices to tennis rackets and balls. The owner was very helpful and provided us will all of the information we needed, even then best train ticket to buy and a map. The apartment is a 10 min walk from a large supermarket and about a 20 min walk to Cunit train station. A great spot to relax and easy to catch the train directly into the centre of Barcelona. Perfect for families, great pool and playground for the kids to play safely.

A great review, although the walking distances are a bit exaggerated. The supermarket is only 500m. away and the train station about 1000m.

Nice for our family

Edt was a wonderful host. He was very kind, accommodating and helpful. The apartment was nice and had all that we needed. There was a small issue towards the middle of the stay where the heat and hot water broke but Edt had it fixed for us the next day. The grocery store was easily walkable which was nice. I loved the fresh squeezed oj machines since 3 of the 6 of us were dealing with the flu. It was a very quiet town, not many people which had pros and cons. The people were all very kind. It was a nice view from the main floor of the beach. It was the perfect size for our family. I’d recommend trash cans to be added to the two bathrooms as there was only one small trash can in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Spain is a lovely country.

Nous avons été très bien accueuillis! Edt a été flexible pour le check-in et le check-out et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. L'appartement est très propre et confortable. En hiver, l'orientation est idéal! Il est dans un résidentiel, ce qui est très pratique quand on voyage avec des enfants (terrain de foot, de basket, petit parc sans sortir de l'enceinte) entre le bord de mer et la voie ferrée qui mène à Barcelone. Appartement au troisième (et dernier) étage: on a profité des belles vues sur le balcon au soleil. Juste parfait!

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr schöne Lage zum Strand. Es war bisher der beste Gastgeber den wir bei diversen Objekten in den letzten Jahren hatten,. Er war immer erreichbar und unsere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und hat voll unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage – nur etwa 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, und zentrale Orte erreicht man nach wenigen Kilometern. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, und durch ein benachbartes SUV wurde unser Stellplatz zusätzlich eingeschränkt. Dafür stand immer ein externer Parkplatz zur Verfügung, allerdings zu einem Preis von 10 pro Tag.

Edt y esposa son excelentes anfitriones y su casa reune las condiciones para pasar unos dias de descanso en un ambiente de calma cerca del mar con una bella vista desde la casa. El entorno es muy tranquilo, adecuado para familias y personas que se quieren alejar del bullicio y de playas masificadas. Los dias que el estado del mar lo permite la playa es muy adecuada para ir con niños por su entrada gradual. Los vecinos son respetuosos con los horarios de descanso y las zonas comunes son agradables. Por su proximidad a la via ferrea en la zona de dormitorios no lo recomendariamos a personas con hipersensibilidad a los ruidos. A nosotros no nos ha alterado el descanso. Nos encantaria poder volver en otra ocasion. Gracias, Edt y esposa por vuestra atencion.

Tolle und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, netter und sorgsamer Gastgeber und Vermieter, Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Langer km-langer Strand rechts und links der Unterkunft. Zuggleise befindet sich gleich direkt hinterm Haus, hat Vor- und Nachteile. Das Plus: in 50 min. in Barcelona. Wir haben‘s genossen und sind bald wieder da!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine a cubelles.L apparemment était parfait grand moderne très propre.La terrasse privative est très agréable.La situation de l appartement nous a ravis a 35 minutes de Barcelone et a 30 minutes de Tarragone Reus .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le contact avec nos hôtes a été très fluide et simple et fait avec bienveillance.Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir encore un grand merci à vous.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft, der Weg zum Strand kurz. Ideal auch für Ausflüge mit dem Zug nach Barcelona. Edt Ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour à Cubelles

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Accueil parfait avec accès à l'appartement avant l'heure prévue Belle piscine et à deux pas de la plage. Proximité avec la gare de Cunit nous a permis d'aller plusieurs fois à Barcelone, c'était très appréciable Les seules petites remarques : manque un barbecue ou une plancha, un peu d'ombre sur la terrasse à l'étage, proximité de la gare fait qu'on peut entendre les trains circuler mais cela ne nous a pas spécialement dérangé.

Wij hebben genoten, als er iets was werd het meteen opgelost. Parkeerplaats erg klein en lekkage ,wat tot gevolg had dat wagen regelmatig gewassen moest worden , maar onze tijd daar heeft er niet onder geleden. Komen graag nog eens terug. Goed te horen dat jullie een fijne vakantie hebben gehad! Er wordt inmiddels gewerkt aan de lekkage in de parkeerplaats. Hopelijk wordt het op korte termijn opgelost. Ook erg fijn om te horen dat jullie weer terug willen komen.
