Laundry Room with Iron and Ironing Board. Coffee and Tea bar with coffee,sugar and creamer. Kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. Cozy living room with plenty of blankets. Home on approximately 1 acre with lots of trees. Covered side patio, Large backyard deck with fire pit. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful accommodations! Clean, comfortable, very home-like setting. The neighborhood is quiet and delightful for sitting outside (weather & humidity permitting). The location is ideal for shoppjng or dining out. We loved this rental propeery and hope to return to this location again.

Perfect spot for being close to TAMUT!

We stayed here for my daughter’s New Student Orientation. It was very nice! Comfortable beds & very clean! We definitely will stay here again with my daughter being at school here!

Perfect healing house.

This property was the absolute perfect place for us to stay following my husband’s triple bypass. We were traveling from So CA when he suddenly had a heart attack. Beautiful location and close proximity to the hospital. It was comfortable, clean with such a peaceful environment. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay during his recovery.

Sweet little house on the hill

The place was very clean, well organized. Had everything we needed. It’s in a great location. You feel like you’re in the country but you’re just down the road from all the restaurants. A very nice quiet getaway highly recommend this little house. My husband and myself enjoyed it.

A perfect stay with outstanding hospitality

The location and quality of this accommodation couldn’t have been better for our needs! It’s perfectly situated near Bringle Park, making it ideal for biking and hiking enthusiasts, and just a stone’s throw from the interstate, with easy access to top-notch entertainment, shopping, and dining options. This spot truly stands out—much better than any other rentals we’ve tried in Texarkana before. We arrived late in the evening on check-in day and encountered an unexpected issue with the heat. It wasn’t the owner’s fault, just an unfortunate coincidence. What truly impressed us was the owner’s exceptional communication and dedication to resolving the issue quickly—on the day before Thanksgiving, no less! The problem was fixed the very next day, and the rest of our stay was nothing short of stellar. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will absolutely book this gem again for our next trip—if it’s available!
