The villa with its main building and the two autonomous guest houses includes 4 main bedrooms, 2 sofa-beds and additional folding-beds.

Upper Autonomous Guesthouse: double bedroom, WC with shower.

Lower Autonomous Guesthouse: double bedroom, breakfast kitchenette, WC with shower.

Outdoors: Open-Air Dining Area with Barbeque, Large Terrace with Sitting Area, Breakfast Terrace, Large Garden, small Mediterranean Field, Herbal Garden.

A 15km drive away is one of the most renowned ski resorts in Greece. In a magnificent location surrounded by sea, the Pelion ski resort offers several ski sites.

There is a vast selection of amazing beaches, crowded or serene, rocky or sandy, you name it, that can be easily accessed by car.

While no modern means of transportation are allowed in the Village, as it is a protected area of great historical significance and all vehicles are obliged to park at the nearby municipal lots. The Villa is located in between the two main municipal lots at a distance of 200m & 380m. It is strongly recommended that you use/hire a car in order to explore the most of all the great sites Mount Pelion and Volos offer.

Volos is a vibrant university town that has a lot to offer like theaters, cinemas, sea side taverns, vivid nightlife and an archeological museum among others. Small traditional villages, folk museums and local taverns are scattered around Mount Pelion. Apart from skiing, cycling, mountain bike, horseback riding, hiking (on some of the best hiking paths in Greece), canyoning, and sailing are also very popular, making Makrinitsa the perfect year-long holiday destination.
