About this property

Contemporary one bed apartment, located between the historical towns of Antibes and Cannes on the Cote D'Azur. 'Domaine Juan Flore' is a beach front gated residence which boasts a fabulous pool and children’s pool in beautiful landscaped gardens. All amenities are in the immediate area including supermarkets, bakeries and local markets. This stylish ground floor apartment comes with all mod cons including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. The spacious living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet and DVD. The bedroom and living room open onto a private terrace and garden where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy an evening's barbecue with some nice French wine! Domaine Juan Fleur is just 20 minutes drive from Nice Airport and on a direct bus route. It is just a short stroll to the restaurants and nightlife of Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan Marina. From here, the whole of the Cote D'Azur, Nice, Monaco, Italy and the quaint hill top villages, can be easily explored by car, bus or rail. For your convenience, we provide; free of charge, all bed linen, towels and beach towels so that you may travel light. For young families we also provide an infant travel cot, high chair and baby bath, again free of charge. There is also a secure private garage in the basement.

Please not the wonderful outdoor pool opens from the early June until late September.

Nice apartment, perfectly located

The apartment corresponded very well to the description and our expectations. It is also well equipped.Within walking distance we found a big supermarket (LeClerc) and also the public beach and restaurants. There was a lot of information in the apartment of what to visit, transports, shops, restaurants etc. The garage in the cellar is perfectly located, just by the elevator which is also close to the apartment. All in all, a nice apartment, well located for holidays.

Beautiful apartment in the resort town

Despite the fact that the hosts away from this place, everything perfectly organized. Modern technology. Everything works. Very useful notes on how you can spend time apart from the beach. Especially liked foray into Cayenne Forest. Thank you, Melanie! The apartment is, in my opinion, everything you need and more. Garage directly below the apartment. Go down the elevator to a floor down and find there: sun beds, umbrellas, mats, rugs, balls, equipment for snorkeling, inflatable boat, bicycles for the whole family, helmets, etc. You can spend a whole month, not bored for a minute. Besides the building itself is surrounded by lavender and rosemary bushes. All of this amazing fragrance. A terrace suite is separated from young bamboo fence and magnolia. I can go on and on, but then there would be no place for surprises. Large supermarket within 5 minutes walk. There you can find everything in order to replenish your stocks of fresh food and more. In short, I highly recommend this place to all. And maybe someday come back here again. P.S. Melanie, we did not forget to water the lemon tree :-)

Perfect place to stay

We stayed in the apartment in June 2010 for 1 week.The apartment was nice,modern,clean and really nice equipped with everything you might need! Actually you even don't need a car.A good supermarket,a beach,a swimming pool,restarants...10 min by walk to Juan-les-Pins and to Golf Juan...What else do you need?! The owners are very friendly too. For us it was a perfect place to stay! We would strongly recommened it to our friends!

Tony and Celine Dublin

We spent one week in this apartment in May 2009. The apartment was impeccable, beautifully presented and in a lovely quite location just a few minutes walk from the beach shops and restaurant. An added bonus came in the form of 2 bicycles provided by the owners which allowed us explore the surrounding area at our leisure. The only thing one needs to be aware of is the pool in the complex being closed at this time of year, but as the beach was so close this did not present a problem to us.

We an an Irish family who enjoy staying in our little pice of paradise in the south of France. We usually stay at our apartment six to eight weeks each year and have seen our children grow up each summer in Juan Flore. They have now fled the nest and although we miss having the children stay with us now we continue to very much enjoy our time in our apartment.

Why they chose this property

Our property is the ideal holiday apartment for a small family or for two adults. It’s location is second to none, with a beautiful swimming pool on site and a lovely sandy beach located right beside Domaine Juan Flore. There are numerous restaurants, patisseries and bars nearby in both Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan with Antibes and Cannes located within twenty minutes by bus. Nice can be reached by rail.
