Consider this resort your home away from home while you visit Breckenridge. This wonderful 4th floor, 1250 sq ft ski-in ski-out property boasts 4 private sleeping arrangements, and sleeps 8. It is available for rent from Feb 22nd to March 1st in 2025 which is and, will always be available, the week after presidents week every year. By then, there is a ton of snow, and the crowds of President's week have left. Spring break doesn't start yet. Lift lines are usually in the single digits. Year after year, the same week which is one of the greatest to go to Breckinridge. In our unit there are two private king size beds and two queen size, comfortable, pull-out couches We have 1 full kitchens for eight with a dining room and 1 smaller kitchens for 4. All the kitchens are equipped with all the essentials ever needed. There are one large living areas and one smaller living areas, 2.5 bathrooms, which include 3 toilets, 2 showers and one jetted baths. There are also 2 patios tucked in a wooded area with a view to the mountain. There is a washer/dryer in the units as well. This space also comes with 2 heated indoor garage parking passes and 3-4 ski/board lockers just feet from the exit to the lifts. There are two bars and one restaurant in the resort. There is a concierge who will book dinner reservations and give help when needed. An activities director who books outside entertainment like rodeos, chuck wagon dinners and all in-house activities for non skiers and riders. There is an indoor/outdoor heated pool with multiple large hot tubs spread out along the trails of Breckinridge Peak 8. There is also a separate space pool space for new borns toddlers and families. There is a Grotto for 21+ and a Spa for that much needed massage after a great day on the slopes! There are locker rooms with showers, steam rooms and a sauna. Enjoy the enchanting town of Breckinridge via gondola, shuttle or your car. Stay back and watch a movie in one of the many private movie theaters. Even try the private escape rooms with your family! For smaller parties we can accommodate down to one guest. Our space for the same week next year 2026 can accommodate from one to 16 people. That week is Feb 21st to Feb 28th.
