  • Great house and attentive owner. Thanks Nancy.

"Great house. Not used to all gas heater. The second night we cracked a window for fresh air and it was perfect!"

  • Comfort, Views, & Hospitality

"Wow--What an amazing residence this is! We didn't want for anything, and the views were just majestic. Home theatre, hot tub, pool table and much, much more. Such a fun and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend!"

  • Great downtown leadville. Loved the charm and yard

"Great location. Right in town. Can walk to coffee, Pb brewery. Great to have a fenced in backyard our daschunds could go out in. Nice gas stove. Kitchen large enough to cook thanksgiving dinner. Instructions on the heater would be helpful. The thermostat was set at 45 when we arrived so was a bit chilly. Bed next to kitchen super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs! Overall, we would stay again because of the location and the backyard Jason some very nice and responded quickly to our questions."

  • The Mountains are Calling! You Must Go!

"Leadville is the perfect town for a summer mountain hiking vacation, and this place is in the heart of it all. Large, spacious, and with good updating, it easily will hold 6 people with three bedrooms and two baths (unlike many owners who tend to over-state how many people their house can hold, the 6 stated is really 6). The large open floor plan (kitchen/Dining/Living room are all open) in the front of the house makes it seem even larger than it is, especially with 9 foot ceilings! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, with a nice new refrigerator and serviceable electric stove/oven. My only (sort of) negative comment isn't something that the owner can resolve: the historic houses on this street were built extremely close together, so the two adjacent houses are less than 10 feet on either side (see owners pic of the front, no surprises). You won't get anything in the way of mountain views from the side windows, SO GET OUTSIDE instead! 30 minute drive to Mount Elbert and Massive, and a short walk to downtown Leadville, 2 blocks to the train station for a tourist ride! I will stay here again next year (or sooner)!"
