I was here for about six weeks on a work assignment. This house fit the bill well for my stay--not too big, and with a fully fenced back yard for my dogs. The street was quiet and the home's furnishings were quite comfortable. Communication with the hosts was fantastic.

This property is amazing! The home is clean, charming, and private. The neighborhood is calm and quite peaceful! We travel with 3 small furbabies, and the fenced in yard is a Godsend! We are impressed with the comfort of the rooms! There are many thoughtful items provided by Bill and Heather! Spices, coffees, toiletries, and gas grill.... so many items to assist one's stay! And the hot tub is so relaxing after a long day! We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much, Bill and Heather, for such a great retreat!

The house was perfect for our stay in Indianapolis. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We were there right after Christmas and there were 2 decorated Christmas trees in the house! Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was great. We were only there for one night but will definitely come back if we are in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, and the beds were comfy. We didn't need anything but the hosts were great as far as details and updates. Highly recommended.

Perfect location and great communication with home owner. Any problems and they would respond almost instantly. The property was exactly as described. It made for a perfect long weekend of biking and exploring the city. We enjoyed the backyard, especially the fire pit, each morning and evening.The hosts were fantastic. Good communication about the check in and check out process. Great Cozy Place

We loved this home. We were in town for a CrossFit competition and the location was perfect. The hot tub was so nice after a long day. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our fur baby enjoyed the fenced in backyard. My only negative was that there was only one bathroom. But we would love to stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Exceptional in every way

This was an amazing property. I have never slept so sound on an incredible bed. The shower was outstanding and was great for sore muscles. The hot tub was lovely. The house itself is set up for total absolute relaxation. This was a work trip for myself but to be able to come back and just relax I was extremely grateful and made my trip stress free. It was perfect in every way from start to finish. It was difficult to want to go home. . So much care and love and thoughtfulness was put into this property and it was greatly enjoyed and appreciated.

Good for GenCon

We were very happy with our stay. The space was small for four adults, but since we were mostly at the con all day, it didn’t really matter. Also, the hot tub was especially nice for soaking our sore feet after walking all day. The only thing that was less-than-desirable? The bathroom. The distance between the sink and the toilet was so small, we could barely fit our knees in front of us as we sat down to do our business. The shower curtain did very little to keep the water inside the shower, so we had to position the showerhead towards the back corner and avoid moving it in any other direction. However, the water pressure of the shower was very good.

The check-In process was seamless and the door code lock worked perfectly.The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything promised was delivered. The communication with Heather was fantastic. If had a question she had an answer immediately. The hot tub was perfect for what we needed. When you're 60 and walk around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway our old muscles were in need of help. The hot tub delivered. The Broad Ripple area is really cool. It's hip! Lots of cool shops and great restaurant's. Bazbeaux Pizza is a MUST HAVE!
