Heated pool beside the beach so this property is wonderful year round! This NEWLY remodeled superb villa boasts a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and a sofa sleeper perfect for a family or group of friends. With AC, WiFi, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests can unwind in this serene retreat. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Treasure Cay and our villa has to offer.

The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay!

Treasure Cay treasure

Beach Villa 566 has recently been remodeled/ renovated after Dorian. They did a beautiful and creative job. There was plenty of room,the rooms were comfortable and it was easy for two of us to cook in the kitchen. Because it had been recently renovated, there were a few glitches including the TV and lights, but I am sure these issues will be sorted out. (You may want to check if you need to bring a streaming stick and find out how to stream your content in the Bahamas) We rented a car ,ask the property manager, and we explored south of Marsh Harbour. And went to Guana Cay and Green Turtle Cay. Mid November is a little cool for swimming but the island is beautiful and the people are so friendly. It was a wonderful trip to paradise.

Quiet getaway

My hub and I stayed 4 nights in March. Nice furnishings and design. The bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. I enjoyed the community of villas. Many of the renters at the time we were there were mature, returning guests who rent the same villa each year. I found the other guests very friendly and welcoming. In the evening they meet up in a common area for sipping and conversation. Reagan's villa although not right on the beach is so very close. Sparkling heated pool- pool temp was 83-84 F in early March. The beach access is right behind the pool. Lovely beach with sugary white powder sand. Maybe 10 palapas with sun loungers on the beach. You can stroll for long walks in either direction on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. If you do not rent a car, highly recommend a golf cart to get around Treasure Cay. Recommend going to Maxwell's grocery store in Marsh Harbour and getting groceries before proceeding to Treasure Cay. There is a mini-mart, bakery and mom and pop style cafe, a liquor store, and gift shop in a strip style building just a short walk from Reagan's. There is a nice pizza place in Treasure Cay we did not try. There also is a beachfront restaurant & bar serving lunch and dinner at the Bahama Beach Club just a short walk down the beach. We enjoyed that for lunch most days. Great fresh caught fish. Dinner requires reservation. Limited restaurants. Come to relax! TC most gorgeous water, no biting insects. Will return!

We are from Charleston, S.C and are a family of 4. Our 2 year old girl Adair took some of her first steps in Treasure Cay so that's where our Villa name "Baby Steps" comes from! We also have a 10 month old son named Case and we plan to raise both of them enjoying the beauty that hidden gem Treasure Cay has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Treasure Cay is a special place to us as my mother brought me here several years ago before she passed. Treasure offers the nicest beach and water on our side of the globe in our opinion. It is a very safe community with little to no crime. Everyone you meet or run into while visiting is extremely nice and willing to help with anything so feel free to introduce yourself and ask for tips!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our villa is one of the newest villas in the community as we just remodeled it a little over a year or so ago. We brought it all the way down to the studs with new electrical, new framing, new plumbing, new appliances, new led lighting, new insulation, and new HVAC mini split units in each room.
