House est à seulement une heure et demie loin de DC métropolitaine et une heure de Richmond. Marina en quelques minutes en voiture.

The house had everything you could need to support a weekend getaway for the entire extended family. It was clean and welcoming with amazing views and something to do for every age level.

Amazing stay

Had a great time! We were so impressed by this location! So much includes, kayaks, paddle boards, floaties, everything you could possibly need. Will definitely consider coming back next year!

Good Stay

Check in was a little hard at the time but property management was very helpful, kitchen had just about everything needed ( electric hand mixer would be nice). Wi-Fi was even accessible at the dock. There was a lot of boat traffic but being so close to the marina was not bad. Grandkids caught plenty of fish from the dock area and enjoyed the swimming area. And yes the last two steps down into the lake is very slippery. We enjoyed our stay

Location amazing

We had a great time the house is perfect for 16 people Plenty of parking, marina right across the lake for launching. Water is deep by the dock.House had everything that you needed and more. I loved having the filter and softener such an added bonus. Screened in porch was the hang out… would totally stay again

Family vacation

Property was very clean and located with a view of Lake Anna. Screened in porch was so relaxing for coffee in the morning and enjoying the view. Property manager was very helpful when we contacted her. We will stay here again when we come back to Lake Anna. 😊

Beautiful, family-friendly lakeside retreat

What a beautiful, comfortable and convenient lakeside home. The house was perfect for our teens, with lots of room to spread out. The basement game room was a big hit. The dock and water were lovely. We loved our stay.

Great place for weekend getaway

This place is great for a weekend getaway. Very clean and easy check in. And you can’t beat the location and access to the water. Amenities were great too with pool table, ping pong, movies, etc. We loved the screened in porched. Kept the bugs out. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house and property for our family

We had a wonderful week at your house. Fished off the dock and floated on rafts, our granddaughter loved the playground, and we played basketball and pickleball on the basketball court. The house was also great…well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kids area in the basement was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous peaceful stay by the lake

This house is absolutely stunning! The open living room with adjoining kitchen was perfect for our extended family get-together providing us a place overlooking the lake while we enjoyed discussion in "catching-up" with extended family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and accommodations were perfect. This property met all of our needs and more.

Relaxing Getaway!

This property was very clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. The large kitchen table was great for family dinners and game night. The host were responsive to all our needs. Location was close to restaurants, grocery and several Marina’s.

Great stay!!

He house is very well equipped and clean. The dock was perfect for our 23ft boat and the kids loved jumping off the end of it. The owner went above and beyond trying to locate an item that was left behind after our stay. Thanks again for a great vacation and we looking forward to staying with you again.

Lake Anna Vacation

This home is even better than the pictures. We spend a lot of time at Lake Anna every summer, renting many homes. We found this house meets all our needs in and out the water. However the home could use a deep cleaning or better cleaners!

Just what we needed

This was a perfect location and great place if you are looking for a quiet place on the lake. We had 7 teenagers with us and they could not get enough of the water and the pool table. A definite recommendation.

All the amenities!

Great family reunion spot! And although we did not have small children, there were plenty of family games/toys for all ages! And the kayaks were an awesome addition :) Super clean and well maintained, good wifi and right on the water where other family members on the lake could pull up their boat. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again! Thanks Ryann!

Awesome 1st Timer

It was our first time renting a house at Lake Anna and everything from reservation to checkout was simple and convenient. The house was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing and amenities for kids and family were exactly what we needed for 4 adults, 4 kids and 1 senior citizen. Definitely recommend this property and will most likely rent again.

Awesome house

My family and friends enjoyed our stay at this house. The lake view is spectacular! The house is. very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easier for us to cook our meals. We will definitely rent this house again!

great quarantine trip

We'd definitely come back - overall a great spot set back from any main roads. Lots of winter fun exploring in the trees. House was very well appointed, open and clean. Great basement with kids toys and a nice ping pong/pool table which we definitely used. Thanks for a great weekend!
