Property was pet friendly, but listing wasn't specific to the # of pets allowed. Most listings designate the limit on # of pets allowed. We had planned to bring 4 dogs on our weekend trip, but only 2 were allowed, so we had to make other arrangements for the other 2.

Great house for where we needed to be.

House is newly renovated, little things where off but I am a contractor and my eye catches a lot of little things done during a renovation that many others do not see. Only hiccup was check in process was not sent through the app and sent in a separate email that I did not receive until I had to ask. But they responded in time before our arrival so all was well. One other thing for the management company to consider is in check out instruction said to take the trash out to the bin but the bins are on the side of the garage and the fence gate is locked so you have to walk around the block to the back alley to take the garbage out. They might consider putting a bin where it is accessible to the renters to comply with check out instructions.
