Enjoy a touch of luxury at an affordable price with this hidden gem in a regular working class neighborhood. This charming updated home in KCK is a great central hub for exploring all things Kansas City. Whether you're in town for FIFA World Cup, a show, race, game, wedding, or a BBQ experience, this cozy spot offers a modern and comfortable interior to rest in between your adventures.
The rental is for the entire home, and it features a King bed, 2 Queen beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a 50” 4k TV. The living room features a sleeper sofa plus there is a Fullsize Air Mattress for a 5th bed. The living room has a 65” 4k TV as well which includes cable channels and NFL Sunday Ticket. The kitchen comes fully equipped with over, range and microwave plus cookware. Full size washer dryer for laundry . Take advantage of the BBQ grill and unwind around the fire pit in the private backyard, ideal for enjoying the fresh air.
Close to all and I-635/I-70. Its 20 minutes to MCI Airport and also Arrowhead/GEHA, 10 minutes to the American Royal Center, 15 minutes to the racetrack/Legends Outlets shopping and dining, and 15 minutes west to Country Club Plaza, Westport, Mission, River Market, West Bottoms, and more. Being in KC, you're never far from some top-notch BBQ spots, just a quick trip down I-635, I-70, or I-35.

Note: Due to permit with city only 2 cars are allowed and they must be parked in the driveway not using street parking. Driveway is approx 34ft long. We are limited to 7 guests.

Nice house and it had pretty much everything we needed. Since we stayed in for the holiday instead of doing activities outside the house, I wish that there was more comfortable seating in the living room. The beds were comfortable and nice. We would stay here again.
