Included is a reserved spot in a secured garage right next to the building!
-Incredible Location! Walking distance to Civic Center, Wells Fargo Area, and the Convention Center. One block away from a full Hy-Vee Grocery Store. Direct Skywalk Access! Lots of great restaurants
This apartment is in a pristine location for downtown Des Moines! Based in a historical building built in 1930 has incredible culture within the halls. The building also has a gym and sauna room.
The apartment itself is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bath with an additional air mattress. This apartment is set up for COMFORT.
**Please Note the 4th bed is an air mattress**
This apartment is in a pristine location for downtown Des Moines! Based in a historical building built in 1930 has incredible culture within the halls. The building also has a gym and sauna room.
The apartment itself is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, with three beds and an additional air mattress. This apartment is set up for COMFORT.
-The main areas feature top down/bottom up shades to give you the option of privacy and sunlight.
-Living room has a 65" 4k TV and motorized recliner. Perfect for rainy days and lazy nights.
-Kitchen is fully fitted to accommodate long term stays. Go ahead, bake a cake!
-Has machines for all coffee options. Drip, K-Cup, French Press, and Nespresso Vertuo. Ground coffee is provided, Nespresso Pods are BYO.
-Bathrooms have body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and towels.
-Fully motorized standing desk. Perfect for a short term business rental as the 2nd bedroom acts as an office.
-Thoughtful placements of needed items throughout the apartment.
Cleanliness = Comfort, that is my belief. In addition to the regular service you would expect I go above by:
-Having a mattress protector underneath sheets that are washed after every use.
-Replacing the interior shower curtain when needed
-Replacing all filters every 3 months. This includes the HVAC, Air purifier, Refrigerator and Brita.
-Cleaning all appliances every 3 months.

How homey it is. This place was not set up for a rental, it is set up to be fully lived in, because that's what it was :)
