Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels by washing machine.
Throw all trash in large trash bin. Pick up all dog poop from backyard.
Turn off all lights and make sure all doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO parties, If police were to be called to the property due to noise or violence. Guest will be asked to leave the property immediately.
No Smoking in the home. If smoking appears to be done in the home. Guest will pay a fine of $300.

This was a FANTATSTIC property. Sluper clean, new, and very comfortable. I did have a few problems, the biggest being that one bedroom is listed as having a queen size bed and a twin bed. This is inaccurate. The twin bed slides under the queen. The queen has to be lifted to pull it out and there is no room for the bed in the bedroom. It has to be moved to the hallway or into the master, where there isn't really much room for it either. My adult son was going to stay in that room with his sister & her husband. Good thing his plans changed. There really wasn't a great option left. I selected this property for the room that could sleep 3 adults. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased.
