Great having a short walk to old town and having a covered parking spot. Bed was very comfortable. The host was very prompt on any messages. Would definitely stay again in the future.
We were here for doctors appointments and craft fair. The location is perfect short walk to old town. The home is perfect as well. It is like the Goldilocks house. And the owner is easy to talk to and quick with replying to questions.
We loved the kitchen and the living room. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and watched tv while we visited. the house was very comfortable for those purposes.
Great location and stay! The owner was courteous and very helpful. The location is a very short walk to old town. The house was nice with great amenities. It is an awesome location to stay in Albuquerque.
We appreciated the close proximity to Old Town.
The extra-long carport was very useful as we had two vehicles and prefer off-street parking, which appeared to be in short supply in the area.
Ambience and furnishings are basic, which worked in our case as we were mostly out and about.
Host is very responsive.
Not as advertised. The third "bedroom" is a bed in a wide hallway between the kitchen and the living room.We were unsuccessful in ever getting the TV to operate. The cypher code for the front door had been changed prior to our arrival. The Kitchen equipment is very limited. The exterior grounds were dirty and had not been swept in a very long time. "Seedy" overall.
Home was no frills but exceptionally clean and in a great location for both walking to old town or getting on hwy 40 to go out of town on day trips. I was with my husband this time, but with room for 6, it would be great for a girls trip. Felt very safe.
We enjoyed our stay. The parking was covered and fit both of our cars behind the gate. Really close to old town. Less than 5-minute walk to Old Town and Museum District. Decent size back yard for dogs. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked very well.
driving to Arizona from midwest to winter escape and decided to take a day off the road. Old town provides restaurants and easy walk to interesting shops. Have been doing this trip twice every spring and fall for many years.
We rented this place for a quick overnight stay on a Southwest road trip. It was a cute space and well located. We were comfortable One bed is very noisy. It didn’t bother us much though.
My mom and I stayed here when I brought her down from Colorado for a surgical procedure at UNM. The house is very comfortable and great for 2 adults who need separate bedrooms, plus a nice separate desk area for me to get work done while my mom was resting. Big kitchen with pots and pans and plenty of dishes so I could make soups and soft foods for her post-surgery. Comfy living room where we could relax. Quiet neighborhood, yet an easy drive to the Hospital. Hosts were great with communications and check-in and check-out were super easy. Thank you!
The house is situated in a good neighborhood. Restaurants, park is nearby at walking distance. House has a parking space for 1-2 cars. It is actually a 2-bedroom place with 3rd bed in a common space with no privacy. Furniture/Carpet/kitchen/flooring/cabinets could use upgrades. Bed and bedsheets were clean.

Very close to everything, walkable for 68 yr old in ok health. Kitchen was well appointed, nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Older neighborhood, met some friendly helpful neighbors, parking under carport. One bed squeaky, other bed mattress should be replaced soon. Everything else was great.

The location of this property was great for our family. Less than a 5 minute walk to a big park as well as museums and Old Town shopping area. When we arrived the toilet was not working and the host was a great communicator and acted fast. We were very thankful and had a good time staying here.
