Experience Manti like a local in this 5-bedroom house. This antique house has been fully restored. This cozy home has a large country kitchen, large bathroom, washer and dryer room. This home features 2 queen beds and 4 (full or double beds), perfect for a large group of 10-12 guests. Enjoy the adorable living room with a cozy sofa that a child could sleep on. There's also a Couch bed in the upstairs that a child can sleep on. With amenities like WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer, your stay will be nothing short of terrific. We hope you enjoy our Layton country cottage in Manti.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Do not strip the beds because it mixes up the sheets , pillowcases and bedding. My housekeeper will strip all beds and wash bedding.
Load dishwasher, put in a dishwasher pod and start the dishes. My housekeeper will dry and put all the dishes away.
Take out all the trash to the city garbage can on the south side of the house. During the week, please take the city garbage can out on Wednesday evening to the East side across the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Stay

Cute house, very clean. Used for a humting trip it was in a great location. Host was amazing super wasy to get a hold of and very attentive. Woukd definitely stay here again !!
