We were in Bowling Green for a Jason Isbell concert at the SKYPAC. Woohoo!! For this special occasion we wanted to stay within walking distance of the venue as well as great food options. This comfortable abode fit the ticket perfectly. The apartment was perfectly clean and the kitchen was really well stocked for cooking although we were treating ourselves and eating out. There were many options for eateries nearby. We would definitely stay again. I would like to mention that the apartment is 2-story with the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom is downstairs. The apartment is an older house that has been beautifully remodeled. But the stairs to the second floor are fairly steep. So persons with mobility issues might find that a challenge. Lovely stay and a great memory.

Great little stay close to the downtown square, with Mellow Mushroom right across the street. Was able to walk everywhere and had everything one would need. Would stay again.

Great apartment that’s perfect for two people. Check-in was very easy and great communication. It was bright and very clean. The location is very close to WKU and downtown area. The stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor are a little steep but not bad. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Easy walking to downtown but also local restaurants were just around the corner- must try the Honderus restaurant Orgullo Catracho- it was amazing. Great neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. Ashley is a great communicator. Place was well stocked clean and full of information about BG. Great value for the price.

Location was an older property but owner has done a good job renovating it and keeping it feeling modern and comfortable. Also has good WiFi and a good pizza place within walking distance.

The location of the property was great. Mellow Mushroom, a chain pizza restaurant is a 1/2 block (if that) away from the house and was the only thing open on our Sunday evening arrival. It was a fantastic meal and walking there was a bonus. Close to everything we wanted to do. Caves- there are soooo many to choose from! Because of government shutdown we were forced to find other caves and were NOT disappointed at all! Mitchell McConnell Bridge was a beautiful (and free) stop that was semi local too, corvette museum was nice. All these places were within an hour’s drive or closer. Be sure to note when places are open when booking your stay. The home was beautiful, many if not all appliances were high end. Bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly. Bathroom is on 1st floor and the stairs were a killer but perfectly fine. Plenty of towels (kitchen and bathroom) kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Laundry was a bonus!!!!! (Thank you)I travel with plugins and was happy I did. Having allergies I am very sensitive to some smells and entering the home there was some kind of smell that didn’t sit right with me- my husband did not have an issue. The living room floor was a bit “wavy” but the laminate flooring was in perfect condition- again this home was super clean and if I’m ever back in the area I’d stay here again! Host has a list of locally owned restaurants/coffee shops available to patron - I that this was done! Thanks for a great stay!
