Great place to stay

Clean, cozy, comfortable, well thought out, nicely decorated, well appointed, nice amenities, quiet neighborhood, great location. Very nice hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a really cute place in a great downtown bowling green location. The bed was very comfortable and despite being in the WKU area, very quiet. I was a little hesitant due to bedroom being upstairs and bathroom downstairs but decided I needed my steps and it worked out fine . There is a great pizza place just across the street, a Kroger nearby and lots of local things to do. We went for a car show, race, swap meet event at Beech Bend raceway and this duplex was literally just minutes away.We were very pleased with the apartment/duplex and will definitely stay again next year.

Not for the cold natured

Even with heat on it was freezing. There was no parking for about a block away if u can't get into the driveway.
