My family and I had a great stay! Katy was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable as well. I definitely recommend this stay.

NYC December 2024

The property was a great place to stay! Unfortunately when you click the map on the listing it takes you to the wrong address, fortunately the real address was only 1 minute away. There was a camera outside that beeped every 5 seconds and it could be heard all night long in the back bedroom. The hot water could be turned up as you only get about 5 minutes while showering. The parking was nice to have but you need to have a very very small car!

Neighbourhood is a challenge

Stay was good. Katia was very helpful and she tried to keep up the property as best as can. 5 star for her services. Unfortunately the neighbourhood was something i never expected. Parking is a key issue. I think this property can handle a max of 4 people as only two beds were available. Sofa was there but with no bedding supplies. I am from mid west, so normally we are not used to of such small properties. We didn’t have any issue as far as security is concerned, it was just matter of our likeness.
