The Space:

Check out the new Nashville Sounds baseball stadium, Brooklyn Bowl, Von Elrod's beer hall, and much more! Each unit has it's own living room, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths.



Both living rooms are located on the 2nd floor and furnished with chic seating around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc.). The kitchen provides a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric stovetop and more to make you feel right at home. There is a half bathroom and an outdoor balcony with stylish furniture on this floor.



Both of the 3rd floors have 2 bedrooms, both with Queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The main bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower while the 2nd has a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are available for your use as well. The last bedrooms are on the 1st floor of each unit can be found on the 1st floor and have Queen beds. On the 1st floor, you'll find a full bathroom and patio access.



There are 2 garages that fit 2 cars each. It can fit 4-5 additional vehicles and overflow parking is on the street. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown. A non-peak hours ride for either of these is less than $10.



Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear. Nashville has a lady bug problem. So please keep the doors and windows shut when possible.
