Located right next to the Giant steps ski lift, this ski-in ski-out condo has the best location in town. Underground parking to protect your car from the weather and a dumbwaiter to haul your gear up to our floor. The new resort owners have added night skiing at Giant Steps and a new, longer, faster tubing hill right outside our back door. This awesome location allows you to drop in for a quick warm up, a hot lunch or even a nap. The resort welcomed a NEW HIGH SPEED DETACHABLE QUAD chair lift at chair #2; 'The Giant Steps Express' which reduces the ride to the top from 12 minutes to just 5 minutes - providing skiers/snowboarders more time on the slopes and less time in the chair.

Brian Head is a year round family friendly destination that offers tons of opportunities for all ages. Visit nearby Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.

This Unit is right off the Giant Steps lift and has easy access to ski in and out all day long. Enjoy the terrain Parks and Snow tubing as part of your wintertime fun too.

This amazing, large ,updated, modern Giant Steps 1,400 sq. ft. condo is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. It offers a full kitchen (brand new appliances, granite countertops and new flooring throughout) with all the necessities to prepare and serve your family/friends wonderful meals. The family room has a 46 inch LED flat screen TV, Blue Ray player with Netflix and Hulu capabilities. The loft also had a TV added this year. FREE 12 MB WIFI exclusively for our condo. No more sharing the internet with other condos in the complex. There are three bathrooms with showers. The adjacent clubhouse offers a large hot tub, sauna, game room, washer, dryer and restrooms.

Recently renovated with new appliances, new flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen, and bathrooms, new paint and more. The downstairs has a living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent bath. Upstairs you'll find two pairs of bunk beds, a futon bed along with an adjacent bath. The wrap-around balcony has a new BBQ and provides amazing mountain views and the ski runs across the street. Summer temperatures average in the high 70's. Sit on the deck and enjoy a cold drink and take in the beautiful view. Cedar City is just 35 minutes down the mountain and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival, golfing, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and lots more. Check out the new art museum downtown...... Cedar City Museum of Art!

Summertime offers wonderful opportunities for visitors. There are miles of ATV trails, hiking trails right outside your door, and several fishing lakes within 30 minutes of Brian Head. Brian Head recently built a new lake walking distance from our condo.......catch that fish and get it on the BBQ with in minutes!!! How much fresher fish can you get? For mountain bikers this is the destination spot for many mountain bike tournaments during the summer months.

Please check out the Brian Head Resort web page for updated information on the activities and goings on in town. The Brian Head Resort has been busy planning activities every weekend for guests. i.e. Car Show, Beer tasting, 4th of July events etc........along with the traditional mountain biking there is a new rock climbing wall and a very fun slide for the kids and the kid in the adult!!!

Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing trip to the mountains. We would be pleased to invite you to our second home in Brian Head!

What makes this condo unique

This particular condo complex is the best in town. Right next to the Giant steps high speed chair lift. Covered Parking too!!! Put your skis/snowboards on out the back door and ski right to the lift keeping your car free from snow and ice.

Great Summer Getaway at such a beautiful Condo!!!

We had such a great stay at this gorgeous, lovely renovated condo in Brian Head. We went to see the leaves change and enjoy the resorts Roctoberfest. The location of this condo was in the perfect place!! Within walking distance (1 min short walk) to the Giant Steps lodge. The other direction was a short walk to the play area for the kids and Bristlecone pond where people were catching fish by the buckets. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful mountain in the morning and the amazing sunsets at night. The corner unit view out the windows makes this place! The set up of this condo is perfect! Kids have their own space in the loft upstairs set with their own TV and the adults loved their open space downstairs. Great selection of movies and games. The condo is very clean and fully stocked with whatever one needs to make a homemade meal. The beds are comfy and the linens hotel quality! You won’t be disappointed! Vicky the owner is easy to work with and always available for any questions we had. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Quiet Summer Getaway Near Major Natural Attractions

Our family had a restful and enjoyable stay in Vicky's Brian Head condo. It was a great place to return to after busy days of traveling to several nearby national parks (Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon) as well as the very near Cedar Breaks National Monument. While many of these destinations can be extremely hot in the summer, Brian Head, situated at a high mountain elevation, remained comfortably cool. The condominium itself is tastefully decorated, reasonably modern, and very functional, having everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is small, but has all the amenities and cooking utensils necessary to make in-home meals. We found the beds comfortable, and having three full bathrooms proved very convenient for our family of six. Our three teenage boys did find that the loft area could get stuffy since it has no windows, but a large fan stowed in one of the closets helped draw cooler air from downstairs.The only inconvenience I found was having no desk that I could use for computer work, but I was able to make do using the counter. That is a need probably few others will have. All in all, we found both Brian Head and Vicky's condo a wonderful place to stay, and recommend them to others.

We try very hard to keep our place up to date and very clean with all the amenities one would need for a relaxing vacation away from home. This is our second home and we stock it like our own place in NorCal. We are sorry you found our kitchen not to your standards but please keep in mind this is a vacation condo and not a large home. While there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is plenty of space to spread out....the kitchen is very functional and seats 10 people. Maybe a very large cabin may suit your needs next time you visit. For the price and proximity of our place tho you can't beat our condo especially the price. Like you said it is tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and very functional. We take pride in our second home and our best to satisfy our guests. As for a desk there is no need to be stuck indoors when the nature outside is so beautiful! We do provide FREE Wifi for our guests if they find the need to stay connected; in Brian Head we find Nature is our work space. Besides our beautiful winters and ski activities Brian Head in Summer is an amazing beautiful place. The quaking Aspens, the Wildflowers...there is so much to see and do just a few steps away from our place. Take a walk, hike the local trails...... Not to mention the view of the pond that is stocked with fish. Bring a fishing rod, sit yourself on the dock, relax, ponder about life, and dip the rod in the pond....within seconds you will have yourself a beautiful fish to BBQ on our state of the art BBQ. As for the stuffiness in the loft.....that very large fan is plenty sufficient to cool off the loft. With temperatures in the 50s/60s in the summer it's time to cool off from Vegas, open all the windows, enjoy the fresh mountain air breeze and/or a summer storm......My place and Brian Head are amazing, relaxing, beautiful area to spend a week cooling off and de-stressing from ones busy, crazy work life in the city.

Simply Amazing!

We had the best visit in Brianhead! The condo was so comfortable with all the comforts of home. Everything was clean, organized and in perfect working order. Check in was easy and directions super easy to follow. The complex had a n awesome sauna, hot tub and game room. The location was perfect, right next to the lodge. Summertime in Brianhead is peaceful and relaxing! Hope to come back in the winter and stay again! I would for sure recommend this listing for couples, families and friends!

Absolutely would come back

Great experience from initial reservation all the way through to the end of our stay. Owner Is very responsive. The property is a 1300 square-foot corner view condo with a wrapping balcony. There is your own private barbecue and sit in chairs to enjoy the cool mountain breezes. The interior of the condo is very open and updated. Granite countertops throughout and very nice bedding and linens and towels. The views were great and the location outstanding. Underground parking and a dumbwaiter to carry your luggage up and down to the car. The cool mountain breezes were exactly what we needed getting out of the sweltering Las Vegas heat. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. I felt at home instantly from the first time I stepped through the front door.

Four large bunkbeds upstairs if you have children with a private upstairs bathroom. Nice attention to detail. Would highly recommend and we are looking forward to going back next year. Thank you Vicki for allowing us to use your home. A+

We loved your place. It was exactly what my family needed. It was super clean. The best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Great location and the room was amazing. The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable. We would love to stay again.

You think the summer views are beautiful (they are:-) ) But the Winter it's a Winter Wonderland out those windows with views of the town and Wildflower ski run across the street.
