Cozy 1 bed 1 bath studio suite on the ground floor (no steps required) in the gated Country Estates Community. Tucked away on Monkey Island, away from the main traffic, this property offers peace and relaxation while remaining centrally located to golfing, restaurants, boating, and Shangri La Resort.

No smoking or vaping inside. A lease agreement and security deposit are required. This property is not affiliated with Shangri La Resort and does not include any use of the resort amenities.

Contactless check-in with smart lock. The morning of your arrival, the gate code and your door lock code will be sent to you.

Self-check-in. We are available through the app or by text.

Near the end of Hwy 125 on Monkey Island. Just down the road from the Shangri-La Golf Clubhouse in the Country Estates.

GPS will get you there. Look for signs for Country Estates. The turn-in is located on a 90-degree turn on Hwy 125.

Very happy with our stay. My wife, 2 year old, 4 month old and myself stayed for a day of fun on the water and two days working. The crib was a nice addition so we didn’t have to bring the play pen. Very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and nice patio out front. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a really practical, comfortable condo. Very close to all the lake activities & restaurants. This is our 2nd time to stay here. PLUS my husband likes the TV which gets all his sports channels!

Cute, quaint, quiet are a few words that come to mind while checking into this location. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. I only have one con, someone either above this unit or aside this unit smokes. You can smell it in the unit. Very fair priced, we ate at Chickanellas which was pretty decent. Would stay here again.

If you enjoy doing absolutely nothing in a peaceful, quiet cozy bungalow, this place is perfect! Spouse and I needed a place to stay for a few days in the area, and this was an excellent pick! The kitchen was just what we needed. We loved the dishes provided, brown ceramic flatware. Very uppity...I like it!!! The couches were comfortable to sleep on. The bed seemed small but was comfortable. Bungalow had sufficient space for us and our two Siberian Husky dogs. We wanted quiet and peaceful and for the most part it was that. There were some people up on the corner left end that had music going loud on Friday night but we were able to sleep through it. The views in the morning were gorgeous. We did not rent this place to do anything and that's what we got. One of us left the property once to shop, but other than that we RnRed in the bungalow! The views from the hill are just gorgeous. It is hard to believe that you are in upstate Oklahoma because it could pass for upstate New England. Highly recommend this affordable pet friendly property if you needing one in the area.
