**This older building is continuously being updated! We are offering the newly upgraded units for short-term rentals.**

These units are best for guests in Klamath Falls for work or couples passing through who need a crash pad. We do not recommend these units for families, or those traveling with kids.

This building is about 100 years old and is continuously being upgraded!
This apartment has been renovated and furnished beautifully
• All units have air conditioning and heating
• All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities
• Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied)
• Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2 each. We supply laundry detergent.
• Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils; you do not need to worry about dishes.
• Each unit has ultra-soft Charmin toilet paper
• Free WiFi
• Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom. Each TV is at least 55”

NOTE:
This building houses a mix of friendly tenants. You may see some tenants in front of the building smoking, or in the parking lot working on their cars.

You will have access to the entire unit

You will be in the hear of downtown allowing you to walk to many places.

I absolutely loved staying here. I was not expecting how they had pots, pans, and stuff in cupboards, very pleasant surprise. We loved it so much, that my partner and I were talking about trying to figure out if we could move there since it's an apartment (if that's at all possible I'd love to talk to someone about it).

Short stop off

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were looking for a place to stay overnight to break up a trip to crater lake. It’s a renovated older building and has some quirks but that’s part of the charm.
