This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub.

- Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #4 has a queen-size bed and tv.

The home has 2 additional bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.

- This is a walk-In unit with two steps up to entry.

- Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, 35lbs each, with an additional $125 pet fee per stay will. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The home is equipped with a security attached to the front door facing the entry way for security purposes.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
