You’ll have views and a quick jaunt to the community pool where you can already picture yourself spending full days splashing and relaxing in the sun. Embracing the wild nature of the Ozarks, Rocky Shores is surrounded by lush vegetation, mature trees, and rocky outcrops that provide both privacy and a connection to nature. Beyond the immediate lakefront is a gateway to a plethora of recreational activities. From exploring nearby hiking trails and golf courses to enjoying local entertainment and dining options in Hollister and the nearby Branson area, there's something for everyone to enjoy!



The bright and cheerful interior perfectly blends modern furnishings with rustic chic décor, the open floor plan accommodating both relaxation and entertainment. Gather the crew together on the plush leather U-shaped sofa to stream a movie while the centerpiece electric fireplace keeps you warm and toasty on the cooler nights. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Gather together for formal meals or an energetic family game night at the dining room table with seating for 6. After long days exploring the area, end your evening with a soothing soak in the private outdoor hot tub while you wind down with a refreshing beverage.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and 2 twin trundles, along with a smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-up unit with 3 steps leading up to the front door.

• Lot parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Located right along the shores of Table Rock Lake, you’re within immediate reach of world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
